What’s our return policy?

We totally get it — sometimes things don’t fit quite right. Since HAKU is still a small, growing brand, we’re not able to offer returns or refunds just yet. Every piece is produced in limited quantities, and we’re doing our best to keep things simple while we grow. 

That said, we’re happy to help with size exchanges!
If your item doesn’t fit, send it back in its original condition, and we’ll get you the right size once it’s received. (Return shipping is covered by the customer.)

As we continue to grow, we’ll bring more flexibility to our policies — promise.
